The Solarium

A Historical Stone House recently renovated with the main room extending over the water on three sides with large windows for spectacular  views. A wide entryway opens into the main room that could serve as a reception and serving area., The covered porch extends around the remainder of the building and opens onto the lawn.  This building can hold up to 70 indoor guests and 25 outdoors on the covered front porch.  Perfect for all family and business events.

This is an island destination. The workboat will make two trips for set up of your event leaving from New Rochelle Marina. The day of your event a passenger Launch/ferry will take your guests to and from the island. A mandatory garbage removal and clean up fee applies. Dirty dishes to be placed in bus bins and returned to kitchen. Must use our bartender, no outside alcohol permitted on the island. Food prep and severs available at additional cost. Notice: service to the island may be cancelled in the event of gale force winds or hurricanes.  Contact us for available dates and site inspection.
